Module 1 covers the first pillar of the de-cluttering model: physical clutter. This is what we think of when we think of too much stuff. It is what we can see all around us, and its impact is probably most obvious.

Nevertheless, it can be a daunting task to embark on a de-cluttering journey, and we often don't quite know where to start.
