Course description
Module 2 covers the second pillar of the de-cluttering model for coaches: mental clutter. We don't often think of it in those terms, but we are probably quite familiar with the sense of overwhelm and overload that too much mental clutter causes. And we might not know what to actually do about it all.
Our busy life and fast-paced world can take a lot of energy to keep up with. Add to that our brains which are not designed to cope with the vast amounts of data that the digital tools throw at us, and we can easily see how we might feel out of control and agency.
