Course description
Module 3 covers the third pillar of the de-cluttering model: emotional clutter.
As we go through life, we collect not only things, but also experiences, relationships, memories, emotions. This emotional clutter and the framework that we have built to process our world is what makes us who we are today. It determines the ways in which we respond to situations and interact with people, and it also helps to explain why certain situations, people or clients bring up specific emotions in us.
Understanding our emotions and using them well will help us:
- be more effective,
- understand others better,
- communicate more effectively,
- resolve conflict,
- build stronger relationships,
- do deeper client work
- … and the list goes on!
